A typical trade

Seller lists an item
Add photos, a description, and your price. Listing is free once you are set up as a seller.

Buyer finds it and checks out
Save items to wishlists, add to cart (grouped by seller), and pay online or arrange in-person collection depending on what the seller offers.

Payment is handled safely
Online payments run through integrated gateways (e.g. PayFast, Ozow, Stripe Connect where enabled). In-person trades are agreed in chat - always meet safely in public places.

Seller hands over the item
Meet locally with a trade code, or book nationwide courier pickup so a driver collects the parcel - buyers track simulated Courier Guy scans until delivery.

Buyer confirms receipt
After you receive the item, confirm in My purchases so the trade record is complete. This helps sellers and keeps disputes clearer.

Seller gets paid (online sellers)
Verified sellers with connected payout methods receive funds according to their payout setup. In-person-only sellers agree payment directly with buyers.
Buying safely
- Message the seller before you pay for high-value items.
- Use wishlists and per-seller checkout so delivery and totals stay clear.
- Confirm receipt only when you have the item as described.
Selling is simple
- Apply to sell, complete your shop profile, and list stock.
- Respond to offers and send invoices from messages.
- Choose online payouts or in-person-only mode in Seller hub.
